Sehat ek aisi ne’mat hai jiska ehsaas aksar logon ko tab hota hai jab wo isse mehroom ho jaate hain. Jab dil, dimagh aur jism saabit qadam ho, to zindagi ka har pehlu roshan lagta hai. Islam mein sehat ko imaan ka hissa kaha gaya hai, aur duniya bhi maanta hai ke sehatmand insaan hi khushi, productivity aur barakat ke sath zindagi guzar sakta hai.

“Do ni’matein hain jinmein log ghaflat mein hain: Sehat aur Faraghat.”

Qur’an ka Farman:

“Aur apne haath se khud ko tabahi mein na dalo.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah: 195)

1. Wuzu aur Taharat
